About Aimei
A boutique resort of three Japanese-style houses in Bang Saray — built for people who want the calm of Japanese living and the space and privacy of their own home.
How Aimei came about
Aimei was completed in 2023 as a quieter alternative to the resorts further up the coast. The idea was simple: a place within easy reach of Bangkok for people who want a slower kind of break, but still close enough to Pattaya when they want it.
Everything was designed around Japanese proportions and materials — timber, stone, paper light, and a walled courtyard for each house so the outside belongs to you as much as the inside.
More personal than a hotel
There is no lobby and no corridor. You have a house, a gate and a garden. We greet you when you arrive, will cook anything from the café menu and bring it to your door, and are here every day — but otherwise we leave you to it.
Comfortable beds with full bedding, a well-specified bathroom, sitting and dining space, and a kitchenette in the three-bedroom house.
Beautiful beaches, remarkable food
The sea is a hundred metres from the houses, and Bang Saray beach fifteen minutes on foot. The village has a run of restaurants, cafés and bars along the seafront.
