Bathing
The onsen tubs in the one- and two-bedroom houses are hot, heated from 17:00 until midnight. The three-bedroom house has a Japanese spa pool instead — cool water, chlorinated, ready to use around the clock.
Cancellation
The ฿1,000 deposit is non-refundable — it is what holds the house for you. The balance is normally settled on arrival. If your plans change, tell us as soon as you know: we will always try to move your dates rather than lose your booking.

A flat ฿1,000 deposit by PromptPay holds your dates. We email your confirmation once we have seen it. The balance is normally settled on arrival, by cash or QR.
Cooking and eating
The houses are built of wood, so there is no open-flame cooking inside them. Each house has a microwave and a kettle, a barbecue in the garden and its own eating area, with plates, bowls and cutlery, and a sink to wash up. The barbecue is free to use; a bag of coals is ฿100, which is what they cost us.
- Children welcome. A cot is ฿500 per night, a children's mattress ฿350, an extra bed ฿500. All can be added when you book.
- Pets are welcome — ฿350 per night for a small cat or dog, ฿500 per night for a large dog. We only ask that they are supervised and well behaved.
- Included when you book direct with us, for the number of guests the house sleeps. Extra guests — and breakfast on bookings through Booking.com or Airbnb — can be added at ฿80 per guest. Either way it can be served at your house.
- No smoking inside the houses. Courtyards and gardens are fine.
