What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, the dates of your stay, the number of guests, and anything you write in a message. Nothing more than we need to look after your booking.

What we use it for

Managing your booking and preparing the house for you
Contacting you about your stay
Meeting Thai legal requirements, including TM30 immigration reporting for foreign guests

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the booking work: our reservation system (Beds24), our payment provider, and our email provider. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Payments

We do not store card details on this website. Payments are handled directly by our payment provider.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email reservations@aimeibangsaray.com.

This site uses only the cookies it needs to function. There is no advertising tracking.
